Your Own Personal Spa Day

It's my pleasure to share this list of ideas with you. I call it Ten Natural Ways to Make Today A Spa Day:

1. Let the birds wake you up

There is nothing harsher to the body and mind at rest than the piercing shrill of an alarm clock to wake it out of its restorative sleep.
